Wanderers Meet Warriors, January 2008
BOLTON WANDERERS' International Academy manager John Hindley and his team recently came back from a trip to Africa where they met some traditional Masai Warriors.
The trip to the African country, where Wanderers' International Academy held a trial for up to 200 boys for an academy that is being set up by the Tanzanian FA, was the latest leg in the Club's vast search across the globe for new recruits to its Academy.
The expertise provided by the Wanderers staff ensured that the lads received professional coaching. Also, it enables the Club to monitor the development of any exceptionally talented youngsters.
The trip to the African country is just one of many organised by John and his team, who lend their professional coaching skills to aspiring footballers all over the world.
